Project planning is essential to the successful implementation
of a project. A well-formulated plan will enable project leaders
to deal with many restraining forces, both externally and internally.
As a computer-based application tool, Project Road Map™ helps project
leaders create effective project plans and manage the process from
inception through completion.
To install SMG's Project Road
Map™:
1. Click on the link below to
download the Project Road Map™ zip file to your hard drive in
its own directory (create a new folder). Be sure to make note
of where it is saved.
2. Find the file and double
click on it. The file is self extracting.
3. Close the resulting DOS prompt window.
4. Now you should see a "setup.exe" icon in the same directory the
zip file was in. Double click to run the "setup" and follow the
instructions. This will guide you through the installation of Project
Road Map™ on your hard drive.
