Arrival Information:
When you register for the program, a shuttle will be automatically reserved for your arrival at the airport. If you do not need a shuttle, please note that in your e-mail registration. The shuttle service's direct phone number is 1-(800)-555-5555. Only call if you have a delay or change of flight on the date of your arrival.

Directions to Shuttle:
Once you reach the airport's baggage claim, exit to the ground transportation area. Cross one lane of traffic and wait for the van, which says Training Center.

Facility Details:
The conference facility food court serves meals at the following hours:

breakfast - 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
lunch - 10:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
dinner - 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
supper - 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.

The lounge is open from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The facility also has a fitness center, open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
