Robert J. Graham, Ph.D.
Robert Graham, a Senior Consultant with Strategic Management Group
Inc., currently serves as a consultant to several business and government
organizations on various aspects of strategic planning, management
information systems, project management and organization change.
His clients include Primavera Systems, a leading project management
software developer, and Henley University's (London) Master's program
in project management. Recent projects include the design of a wage
incentive system; design and implementation of a simulation model
for long-range planning; and design of a planning system for a multi-unit
corporation.
Previously a Senior Fellow at the Wharton School's Center for Applied
Research, Dr. Graham has been associated with Wharton's research
staff since 1974. From 1978 to 1984, he served as an Associate Editor
of Interfaces, the practice-oriented journal of the Institute of
Management Sciences. Most recently he was a Visiting Professor at
the West German Armed Forces College teaching project management.
Dr. Graham has lectured and taught in the management development
programs of various organizations including AT&T and Hewlett-Packard.
He has written extensively in the areas of management science process
and is the author of Project Management: As If People Mattered.
Dr. Graham holds a BA in Systems Analysis from Miami University
(Ohio), an MBA and PhD. in Quantitative Analysis from the University
of Cincinnati, and an MS in Cultural Anthropology from the University
of Pennsylvania.
