Bill Dworsak, a training and leadership development consultant, instructs courses in the areas of management, leadership, performance planning, team building, and employee development, for all levels of an organization. Bill encourages the involvement of all program attendees through creative activities and business simulations. He currently owns WFD Enterprises, and was formerly a partner with The Leadership Connection.

Bill has more than thirty years experience in leadership and management in the US Army and IBM. During his twenty-three years with IBM, he has been involved in marketing the broad range of IBM products to major financial institutions and later was in various areas including: Litigation Support and Human Resources. His last assignment was as a program manager in the IBM Management/leadership Development school in Armonk. Here, he was responsible for training middle level managers and executives in management and leadership topics. He also headed the project team to develop an empowerment course for worldwide use. The course proved extremely successful.

Clients Bill has worked with include AT&T, CAREMARK, CNA Insurance, Ericsson, Merck, Nationsbank, PACCAR, Pizza Hut, PGG, Schering-Plough, GTE, The Hartford, and USAA.

Bill is a graduate of The United States Military Academy at West Point, and retired from the Army Reserves as a Colonel. Other education includes: New York University, The Command & General Staff College, and The Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
